George Mead

Male, b. 16 August 1799, d. circa 1800
     George Mead, son of Robert Mead and Susanna Mickelburgh, was born on 16 August 1799 and was baptized on 19 September 1799 at The Independent Meeting House, Billericay, Essex.1 He died as an infant circa 1800 and was buried on 19 March 1800 at St Mary Magdalene, Great Burstead, Essex.2,3

    As George's parents are not named it is not absolutely certain that this was a child of Robert and Susanna but it is very likely, especially as two earlier children of Robert had been buried here.

    George was not mentioned in his father Robert's will written in 1818 so it is very likely that he had died before then.
