     John Flack, son of John Flack and Katherine ____, was born circa 1614/15 and was baptized on 19 March 1614/15 at Bartlow, Cambridgeshire.1,2 John Flack married Ann Barker on 11 May 1643 at All Saints, Wimbish, Essex.3,4 John's wife Ann died in 16535 but within two months he was remarried, to the widow Elizabeth Westley, on 18 August 1653 at Saffron Walden, Essex.6 It seems that they moved to Wendens Ambo, Essex, as their children were baptised here from 1657.7
