Margaret Mead

Female, b. circa 1732
     Margaret Mead, daughter of George Mead and Margaret Heron, was born circa 1732 and was baptized on 30 November 1732 at St Mary Magdalene, Great Burstead, Essex.1 Margaret Mead married Peter Harvey on 1 May 1754 at St Mary Magdalene, Great Burstead, Essex.2

Margaret, described as the wife of the Reverend Peter Harvey, was named as a beneficiary in the will of her father George Mead written circa 1763. She was bequeathed all of her father's property in the town of Billericay including houses, yards, gardens, orchards and two closes or fields. She was also to receive two hundred pounds.3
