     Rosamond Cowel was born circa 1675.1

He married Hannah Mead, daughter of George Mead and Hannah Hearne, between 1700 and 1728.2,3 However, he had died before 3 August 1728.

    A very approximate date of birth is based upon the assumed date of birth of Rosamond's wife Hannah Mead (circa 1685) which is itself arrived at only with the knowledge that she was not yet twentyone years of age when mentioned in her father's will, dated 1700.
