Susanna Flack
Female, b. circa 1757, d. circa 1796
Susanna Flack, daughter of William Flack and Martha Sabin, was born circa 1757 probably at Ware, Hertfordshire.1,2 She was baptised Susan but at the time of her marriage and thereafter she was known as Susanna.
Susanna married Robert Mead, son of Thomas Mead and Ann Flack, on 21 November 1782 at St Nicholas, Laindon, Essex, by licence. While Robert was recorded as being from Laindon, Susanna was from Ware in Hertfordshire.3
After bearing nine children in thirteen years, of whom only one was known to have survived to become an adult, Susanna herself died circa 1796.4

Entry for Susan Flack c1757-. The website cites: "Will of William Flack Gentleman of Ware Herts 1791. 'my child Susan Mead' ".
Although baptised Susan but known in the Mead Family as Susanna there are no other conflicts of information. As Susan, according to her father's will: she married a Mead, her father was William (also known as William Flack the elder), her brother was William and their home was at Waters Place.
