Ann Flack

Ann Flack, daughter of Robert Flack and Mary ____, was born possibly at Thorley, Hertfordshire, circa 1721.1
Ann married Thomas Mead, son of Thomas Mead and Mary Adams, on 1 December 1743 at Thorley, Hertfordshire.2,3
Ann was named as a beneficiary in the will of her father Robert Flack written on 28 October 1749. She was to receive a legacy of fifty pounds over and above the sum which her father had already granted her for her advancement in the world.4
Ann was named as a beneficiary in the will of her husband Thomas Mead written on 9 December 1793. On his decease she was to receive £10 and an annuity of £20, to be paid quarterly, and the use of his household goods, furniture and linen, until her own death.5
She died on 2 August 1812 and was buried at The Independent Meeting House, Billericay, Essex, in a grave next to that of her husband who had died 18 years earlier.6
